Welcome to Allegheny Hiking! This blog will follow my hiking and backpacking adventures, most of which will take place in the Allegheny National Forest.
I will eventually provide detailed information and mapping data for each trail that I hike in the Trails section. The Gear section will reveal the equipment that I use on my adventures. I hope to eventually use the Food section to explore new foods for backpacking and as a recipe repository. Finally, the Photos section will host a gallery of pictures that I take while on the trail.
